To the Right a picture of the Sun imaged
                using  a  special  solar  telescope  which  is
                tuned  to  H-alpha  wavelength  (see
                picture above)

                Images of the planets in our solar system
                were  all  taken  using  the  Celestron  9.25

                connected  to  a  ASI  Video  Camera  and
                using a Televue 2.5x Powermate to give
                extra  magnification.    At  the  very  high
                magnification  used  it  is  very  difficult  to
                centre the planet on the camera chip.

                I use a flip mirror in the optical path as an
                alignment aid (see picture below)
