The largest globul;ar cluster visible in the sky from Northern latitudes is the Great Hercules Globluar Cluster or M13. It is
composed of several hundred thousand stars and is 22,200–25,000 light-years away from Earth. There are over one
hundred globular clusters that orbit the center of the Milky Way Galaxy
